About ActionShot Tracker

Nothing gets lost, nothing gets left hanging.
Until it's done.

ActionShot Tracker is a single-user follow-through app for personal and professional commitments. It turns information you choose to provide — screenshots, system shares, photos, voice, or text — into a clear, reviewable next step while keeping the original source connected. Tracking starts only after you confirm. ActionShot Tracker is not affiliated with other products named "ActionShot".

Supporting line: Turn information into action.

Mission

Help people who say "I'll remember later" actually follow through — without rebuilding life and work into blank to-do lists. Start from the source you already have, keep you in control of every suggestion, and nudge until the next step is done.

Who it's for

Busy professionals, freelancers, and small-business owners who juggle life admin and work follow-ups.
Anyone planning a high-stakes personal stretch (wedding, move, trip) who saves screenshots "for later" and loses the thread.
People who already capture commitments as screenshots, shared messages, photos, or short notes — and hate retyping them into a to-do app.

Pain: "I'll remember later" fails; screenshots pile up; to-do apps need you to rewrite; screenshot reminder apps resurface an image but not the next step or whose turn it is.

Specific use situations

Bills & due dates — invoice or statement screenshot → confirm due date → remind before it's due.
Free trials / subscriptions — trial confirmation → confirm cancel-before date → remind before charge.
Refunds & returns — return window / tracking share → confirm next step and deadline → remind until refund lands.
Waiting on someone else — reply or approval you already asked for → mark whose turn → check-ins + gone-quiet nudge.
Scattered follow-ups — camera roll, inbox, texts, marketplace messages → one confirmed next step per item, Personal vs Professional spaces.

Boundaries — what we are / aren't

Single-user first. Responsible people / waiting parties are record fields, not collaborators.
Confirm-before-track. On-device text recognition proposes a next step, date, and whose turn it is. Nothing is tracked until you confirm.
Not another to-do app. Starts from information that already exists; keeps the original source attached; tracks whose turn it is — not only a checkbox.
Not only a screenshot reminder. Tracks the next step, waiting-on-them check-ins, and gone-quiet nudges — not just the image.
Privacy boundary. Processes only content you choose to provide; does not read your entire message history or photo library in the background.
Two spaces: Personal and Professional. Keep everyday commitments and work follow-ups apart.
Pre-launch soft CTA. Coming soon / Join the test only — not yet available in app stores.

FAQ

What is ActionShot Tracker?

ActionShot Tracker is a single-user follow-through app for personal and professional commitments. It turns screenshots and other sources you choose to provide into a confirmed next step and reminds you until it's done.

What does "Nothing gets lost, nothing gets left hanging" mean?

Nothing important disappears into a camera roll or silent inbox, and nothing stays half-finished without a nudge. Start from a source you already have, confirm the next step and whose turn it is, and stay reminded until done. Secondary: Until it's done. Not screenshot storage.

Does ActionShot Tracker use AI?

ActionShot Tracker uses on-device text recognition to suggest a next step, date, and whose turn it is. You review and confirm before anything is tracked.

Is it a to-do app or a screenshot reminder?

Neither alone. It is not another blank to-do list, and it is not only a tool that resurfaces an image. It tracks the confirmed next step and whose turn it is.

What are Personal and Professional spaces?

Two spaces: Personal for everyday commitments; Professional for work items, owners or waiting parties, stages, and follow-up dates.

Is it available now?

Not yet. ActionShot Tracker is in pre-launch testing and is not yet available in app stores. You can join the test.
